SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — The “Best in Howliday Show” and dog parade that took place December 12 sponsored by Shepherd University and the Corporation of Shepherdstown raised $1,400 for Briggs Animal Adoption Center and the Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County. Each organization received $700, plus a large box of donated items such as pet food, supplies, and toys.
