Hello and Welcome to the Shepherd Success Academy!
Our success coaches are so excited to tell you more about our program! The Shepherd Success Academy (SSA) is a unique opportunity geared to help First-Year students with their transition from high school to college. During this semester-long program students will receive additional support through their first year.

| One-to-one weekly meetings with a personal success coach who will work with you throughout your first semester at Shepherd | Create a personalized success plan with your coach to help you maintain strong grades and positive relationships on campus |
| Connecting with other key campus resources | Receive priority class registration contingent upon participation |
