SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program of the Eastern Panhandle EITC Coalition, in partnership with Shepherd University accounting faculty and students, will offer free income tax preparation service during February and March for eligible individuals.
Those making $60,000 or less are eligible for help with their taxes. Tax assistance will take place on Thursday evenings, February 15, 22, and 29, and March 7, 21, and 28, from 5-7:30 p.m. in the Scarborough Library, room 307.
