Shepherd University and Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College in Moorefield have signed an enhanced 2+2 agreement that provides a pathway for elementary education students from Eastern to transition to Shepherd. Under the agreement, Shepherd will schedule a time for an admissions counselor to meet with students at Eastern to assist with the transfer process, waive the application fee for Eastern students, and offer housing benefits and certain academic scholarships to qualified students who transfer within one year.
