What is Recruitment?
Recruitment is the process in which interested students can learn more about our 11 Greek organizations and be asked to join. Students who wish to join a social sorority shall participate in Panhellenic Recruitment. Students who wish to join a social fraternity shall participate in Interfraternity Council (IFC) Recruitment and attend individual fraternity events. Students who wish to join a professional or service fraternity shall attend individual chapter events. All recruitment events can be found on RamPulse. Signup for recruitment here.
Am I Eligible to join?
For any of the social fraternities or sororities, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 on all high school coursework or a GPA of 2.5 on all undergraduate coursework for returning Shepherd University students and transfer students.
For Delta Sigma Pi (co-ed business) or Alpha Phi Omega (co-ed service), you must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 on all high school coursework or a GPA of 2.2 on all undergraduate coursework for returning Shepherd University students or transfer students.
For Sigma Alpha Iota (music, for women), you must have a minimum GPA of 2.7 on all undergraduate coursework for returning Shepherd University students and transfer students.
