SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — Shepherd University’s School of Music will present its 2020 Virtual Visitation Week October 12-16. Each day will focus on a particular area and include the presentation of synchronous and asynchronous events and activities with some interactive components.
Asynchronous presentations will be broadcast and remain accessible over a broad period of time throughout the week and include general information about Shepherd University’s School of Music, the curricula and degrees offered, introductions to the faculty, a virtual campus tour, the admissions process, financial aid information, performances and rehearsals, tips on making an effective audition video, and other topics. Synchronous activities will include music faculty and student Q & A sessions, master classes, and instrument/area specific information sessions.
