1. Pay Enrollment DepositSubmitting your non-refundable enrollment deposit confirms your spot at Shepherd and grants you access to your student email, the housing application, course registration, and more! Enrollment deposit payments can be made at the Shepherd University Business Office in Ikenberry Hall, suite 214. |

2. Activate Your Rail Account |

3. Setup Your Shepherd Email AccountLog in to your student email using your username + @rams.shepherd.edu (student01@rams.shepherd.edu). You can find your username and set a password on RAIL. |

4. Review Housing OptionsAfter activating your Shepherd University email, you can review our housing options and choose the one that suits you best. Please note that the Dunlop & Printz Apartments and West Woods Suites are not available for first-year students. All Honors students have the option to live in Martin Hall. |

5. Complete The 2024-25 Housing ApplicationThe 2024-25 housing application can be submitted through the Good Living Portal. The Good Living Portal is the central place for everything related to Residence Life. You can find forms and information about your housing, meal plans, assignments, and roommate profiles here.
