The College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics is a dynamic community of faculty, staff, and students committed to integrated life-long learning in the sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our faculty and staff engage students in learning the skills, knowledge, and habits of thought necessary to understand the rapidly changing world. These tools enable students to understand and appreciate advances in science and technology while cultivating a forward thinking, community-based perspective consistent with our role as a premier liberal arts university. Students, faculty, and staff reach out in service to the public at local, regional, state, and national levels and continue to foster a reputation of excellence for our College and for Shepherd University. At the heart of this understanding is an expectation of excellence in scholarly activities by the students and faculty of the College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
