New Faculty
As a new member to the campus, faculty must not only navigate roles within and outside of the classroom, but also life beyond work As part of this overall transition process new faculty participate in New Faculty Orientation but also New Faculty Learning Communities (101 and 102) during the first two years of their time on campus. We provide an online tutorial of issues that may be helpful as you transition to your new role at Shepherd University. In addition, we have provided several links that may be helpful for your transition to your new community.
