Our Campus Cares

Student Affairs and Student Community Services  developed a new and exciting opportunity to unite our campus. The objective of Our Campus Cares is to help our campus and local community thrive through donation drives! The 2023-2024 chosen initiatives are listed at the bottom of this page. These initiatves support different organizations in the local community that need in-kind donations. Students and employees are eligible to earn service hours by participating in OCC service initiatives.

Our Mission:

“The Our Campus Cares initiative strives to include all Shepherd students and employees in an effort to give back to the local community and fellow rams. The OCC initiative will continue Shepherd’s tradition of service by uniting together for specific causes each semester. As a unified campus, we can make a difference in the lives of others”

Our Campus Cares Initiatives:

If you would like to participate, please reach out to Student Community Services by either emailing studentcommunityservice@shepherd.edu or call 304-876-5035. All donations should be delivered to the Student Affairs Administrative Office, Student Center, Suite 216. Please label all donations with inventory and initiative it is supporting.

If you would like to give a monetary donation to any of these initiatives, you may do so by:
