Welcome to Potomac Place

Potomac Place, our newest suite-style residence hall, offers double and single-occupancy rooms with semi-private bathrooms for each suite (no more than two residents will share a bathroom). Most students are assigned to double-occupancy rooms with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared foyer area. Limited single-occupancy rooms are available for an additional fee and are prioritized for residents with ADA housing accommodations. Single-occupancy rooms contain two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a shared foyer. Study rooms and lounges are accessible 24/7 on each floor. The first floor includes a community kitchen, pool table, vending machines, and free laundry facilities.
