Volunteer Information
We are located at Boteler Hall 102E, 303 W Campus Drive, Shepherdstown, WV. Boteler Hall is one of 6 Suite Style housing buildings on campus, so look out for the Boteler sign and find us on the bottom floor with the ram on the door!
We are always looking for dedicated volunteers to help us operate our pantry. Without volunteers, the pantry would not be able to assist our campus community. Volunteers must be available for a 30-minute training prior to working the pantry to go over procedures. Some examples of volunteer duties include assisting clients, sorting donations, and taking inventory.
Our pantry operation hours are below:
- Mondays 9 am-12 pm
- Thursdays 3 pm-6 pm
SUMMER HOURS: Wednesdays 11:00 am- 1:00 pm
The Ram Pantry is closed on all holidays and during inclement weather if the university is closed. Volunteers do not need to work an entire 3-hour shift or commit to volunteering for the entire semester. We appreciate any help you can provide!
