Take Action!
We all have prejudices and biases, but when we expand our worldview to better understand the persistent problems of discrimination, inequities, and injustices we can create new thought processes and actions. Only by working together can we begin to see a change in our communities. Remember, Rams take care of Rams!

Educate Yourself!
Whether it is an issue that affects you, your family, your friends, or your neighbors, it is imperative that we all work to educate ourselves. We are all connected and we all need a hand every now and then. Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and learn about identities that are different from your own. Below are some great resources to check out:
Get Involved, Learn About Your Biases, and Use Your Voice!
- There are several affinity groups on campus that focus on a variety of different issues. These Affinity Groups are student lead groups that focus on the experiences of marginalized and underrepresented populations.
- There are also other groups off-campus that could benefit from your voice too!
- Check your own implicit biases by taking the Implicit Bias Tests developed at Harvard University below.
