Commemorative Brick Opportunity
Live on in Shepherd’s history by purchasing an engraved commemorative brick to be displayed as part of the Riverside Market plaza wall, just outside of the Potomac Place residence hall. $150 per brick.

Request Your Official Transcript
Find all the helpful tools for requesting your transcript on the Shepherd University Registrar’s website.
The first official printed transcript EVER requested is free. The fee for each additional official printed transcript is $5.00. A check should be made out to Shepherd University. Please do not send cash. (Note: All online requests for official transcripts require a credit card payment of $5 for normal processing, and $15 for emergency processing. If you are using RAIL or the National Student Clearinghouse* to order your first transcript EVER, you will need to pay the appropriate fee, and can request your FREE transcript by mail or in our office.)

Order a Replacement Diploma
The Diploma Request must be completed and signed by the graduate, confirming the graduate’s name, date, and awarded degree, and must be accompanied by a $20 reprinting fee made payable to Shepherd University. The reprinted diploma requires approximately one month minimum production time. Click here for more information.
Find a Classmate
Looking for a long-lost roommate, club/org member, or someone you lost contact with? Let the SUAA help! Click the button below to fill out the ‘Find a Classmate’ form. The process is simple and private. Once we receive the form, we will begin the process of connecting alumni. It is not guaranteed that we will have current contact information for all alumni in our database. Please contact the Office of Alumni Affairs with any questions at 304-876-5524.
