Students interested in transferring for the spring of 2019, and who have at least 24 credit hours and a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher are invited to attend Transfer Decision Day, hosted by the Office of Admissions. On this day, students will:
- Meet with an Admissions Counselor
- Review transfer of credits
- Receive an admissions decision
- Register for spring Orientation
- Meet with Financial Aid Counselors
To participate, apply online. We’ll be happy to waive the $45.00 application fee!
After applying, schedule an appointment using the calendar below. You’ll need to bring official transcripts from all colleges attended to your scheduled appointment.

The event will be held in the Admissions Office, Ikenberry Hall, 301 N. King Street, Shepherdstown WV
