Mission Statement
The mission of TRIO/SSS at Shepherd University is to provide opportunities for academic development, to assist students with basic college requirements, and to motivate students toward the successful completion of their post secondary education with the goal of increasing the college retention and graduation rates of its participants. TRIO/SSS serves all program participants regardless of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, ability, or age.
