The Shepherd University School of Music invites you to celebrate the season with the FREE TubaChristmas concert! Shepherd will again be a host site for the concert held during the holiday season at locations worldwide. Plus, this is an open concert, so tuba and euphonium players of any skill level are welcome to participate!* Come celebrate the season with Shepherd University and community musicians for the 51st TubaChristmas concert!
*The concert is free; however, there is a participant registration fee of $10.00. The fee includes the annual TubaChristmas button. Cash or check only – no card payments can be accepted.
How to Attend
WHAT: Free TubaChristmas Concert
WHEN: Saturday, December 14 | 1 p.m.
WHERE: Front lawn of McMurran Hall (corner of King and German Streets in Shepherdstown)
Dress for the weather and bring a chair! The concert is outdoors on the lawn.
How to Play
REGISTRATION: 10 a.m., Reynolds Hall, 109 N. King St.
REHEARSAL: 10:30 a.m., same as registration
PARKING: City meters and University lots are free on Saturday.
Please bring your own music stand and TubaChristmas music if you have it.
Music and TubaChristmas merchandise will be available for purchase at the event.
Outrageous holiday apparel for yourself and your instrument is encouraged!
