Welcome to the Shepherd University TRIO Upward Bound Program!
The Shepherd University TRIO Upward Bound Program’s mission is to provide services that help first-generation and/or income eligible high school students gain the academic skills, personal support, and cultural exposure that will lead to high school graduation, post-secondary enrollment and completion, and a love for lifelong learning. This Upward Bound Program was funded in 2017 collaboratively between the U.S. Department of Education, Shepherd University, and Berkeley County Public Schools.
