Dr. Jacqui Cole has been awarded one of two Shepherd Learning Project WISH grants in the amount of $35,375 to be used for a much-needed upgrade to the outdated lab equipment currently being used. The grant allows for the purchase of new technology, particularly instrumentation, to keep pace with new state-of-the-art equipment needed in the teaching labs to better prepare Shepherd students for direct entry into the workplace or graduate/professional school. “
A celebration of Scholars within the College for 2019-20:
In honor of ALL our Scholars in the College for 2019-20 and for the upcoming year. We would like to recognize and congratulate the outstanding students within the College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. We had hoped to have an in-person ceremony where we could present your accomplishments and celebrate your exemplary academics and hard work with you and your Families. Though that is not possible at this time, we will look to the future for other opportunities to celebrate your hard work, such as the Commencement Exercises in October. You are extraordinary! We are with you and your families in spirit, and we cannot wait to see you again very soon!
